MEET SARAH WHEELER
Calm, compassionate support for families
With over 35 years of experience supporting babies, children and parents, Sarah Wheeler provides gentle, evidence-based sleep and feeding support tailored to each family’s individual needs.
As a Norland trained nanny, registered midwife and infant sleep and feeding consultant, Sarah supports families across Salisbury, Wiltshire and throughout the UK with a calm, responsive and reassuring approach.
Sarah believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to sleep, feeding or parenting. Every baby is different, and every family brings their own values, experiences and instincts to parenthood.
Her approach is calm, compassionate and responsive, working alongside families to create realistic and sustainable support that feels right for both parents and children. Rather than focusing on rigid routines or quick fixes, Sarah helps families better understand their baby’s needs while building confidence and trust in their own parenting instincts.
Parents are supported without judgement, with evidence based guidance designed to feel reassuring, practical and emotionally supportive during what can often be an overwhelming stage of life.
As well as supporting families professionally, Sarah is also a mother of four herself, bringing both personal understanding and professional experience to the support she offers parents.
Over the years, working closely with babies and families has reinforced Sarah’s passion for providing calm, compassionate guidance that helps parents feel supported, reassured and less alone during the challenges of early parenthood.
Her experience both professionally and personally has shaped the gentle, realistic and emotionally supportive approach that families value today.
Sarah’s career has been centred around supporting babies, children and parents through the early stages of family life. Combining hands-on experience with professional clinical training, Sarah offers calm, evidence-based support tailored to each family’s individual needs.
With over 35 years of experience working closely with families, Sarah brings both practical knowledge and compassionate guidance to infant sleep support, feeding support and newborn care. Committed to ongoing professional development, she regularly undertakes further training to ensure families receive up-to-date support, informed by the latest research and best practice.
